WRS500+ – AUTOMATIC RUNFLAT 2-SPEED TYRE CHANGER MELL PRO

Description

The MELL PRO MIRELLO WRS 500 is an automatic machine with a mast that tilts back with a pneumatic cylinder. It comes factory-equipped with an attachment for low-profile and RUN FLAT tires. Locking of the vertical arm is also automatic and simultaneously moves the mounting head away from the rim in both radial and axial directions by approx. 3 mm (this size can be adjusted). The vertical mast is moved to the edge of the rim automatically by a pneumatic cylinder.

The structure of the machine’s mast is very rigid, which was achieved by using appropriate profiles. The use of special pneumatic valves in the tire bead rebound system has made this operation very fast (rapid air release from the actuator). The large diameter of the de-baking actuator and table actuators give a secure hold on the wheels on the table and fast de-baking.
